The location of Roomz Vienna was excellent (a mere 10min from Stephansplatz). The breakfast also rates highly!
No tea and coffee facilities in the room meant travelling with a baby was difficult.

Equal parts excellent and disappointing
We enjoyed the warm ambiance in our well-appointed room, with efficient check-in and strategic access to the metro for smooth city exploration.
Unfortunately, the lack of bathroom doors in our room created awkward moments, detracting from our overall comfort .

The interior design, the food.
They blocked the money for the room and used another money for the payment. The money are still blocked after 1 week. They should specify this situation in their offer.

the location was perfect for our purpose, since we were there to play poker at the montesino located next door. We liked the size of the rooms, especially the big and good showers.
The breakfast is too expensive, compared to the room price.

Great value for money. Very nice and clean, and very friendly personnel. A possibility of free car parking right infront of the hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone on medium budget (especially if you're visiting Arena or Gasometer).

The location was super close to the u-bahn and made exploring the city super easy. Our room was really comfy and quite big! Breakfast had loads of options, with delicious coffee to start the day. We loved the cozy feel and the openness of the bathroom layout. Staff were very friendly and helpful too!
The shower drain could use some attention and wasn't draining well. The coffee and tea weren't replaced every day, a bit of a bummer.

Likely could be maintained a little better, particularly the outdoors; breakfast was good but expensive; room was clean but somehow looked a little dingy...could probably use a refresh soon
